Shipping

Shipping to Switzerland: Free for orders over 50 CHF

algaemie ships throughout Switzerland free of charge for orders of 50 CHF or more.

For orders of CHF 49.99 or less, shipping costs are CHF 7.50.

Delivery is made within Switzerland within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns

The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return, please follow the instructions on the return form (downloadable by clicking here).

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.

Once the above has been verified, algaemie will refund the amount of the products within a maximum of 14 days.
